Kid is asleep, wife went to have lunch with a friend, house is quiet. Time to catch up on to-dos.

Got out there early this morning but no luck...

 

I couldn't go. To many projects today cause it's going to RAIN tomorrow. Another weekend bust. Long week next week. Might have to try and skip out and do a little late afternoon casting.

 

But mama is happy

 

Still working on the boxes. This is the worse one. 40 years of hard work takes it's toll on man and his equipment. I wish some bed liner would renew my capabilities. Almost completed project. At least no more embarrassment when someone walks into the garage.

 

Too bad, but you gotta love that view.

Now that's the spirit...follow-through on that plan.

I'm running the odds of putting off cutting grass 'til tomorrow. I never feel like doing a lot first day of break coming out of night shifts. We're supposed to go to dinner and movie with kids tonight. If I'm too tired this evening, I'll fall asleep in the movie...nightshifter problem. But weather forecast supports grass cutting tomorrow. Maybe I'll wash the truck instead.

 

We bought it. I can build one simular but no time and wifey birthday soon. Let it dry till next year then paint...

Are they gliders or just two "chairs" and a table?

 

Glider. And it works real smooth. Center table moves to allow access to big people.

 

The whole top section rolls on railroad style plastic wheels in a contoured base so it always finds center when you stop. The best thing is the base doesn't move like a rocker so its a solid step into the chair.

 

Liking that more and more.

 

Sounds like a plan if you can get out there. We are having storms popping up around us. it's had us scrambling a couple of times but they were gone before they came. We were expecting it tomorrow but not so much today.

 

Nice pic Tim, I'm not much of a fisherman but I do enjoy the experience if ya know what I mean.

 

I went out a bought another craftsman. Briggs engine. For what I use it for its great. I just keep it in the basement in the winter. Had 2 others and I drained them and put anti freeze and stored them in the shed. Cracked the pump on both. So it's inside when not in use.

 

Have one built

DAM RIGHT ON THAT.... She has always loved them. The situation is right so it's time. At least no big projects like pools, or gazebos. Will recontour the lawn like it was when we bought the place. No need for the big pool pad. So out comes the cement retainer blocks and remove the excess loam and then plant seed. Then even less time mowing.. Ye haaaaaaaaa

 

Too Hot for outside projects. Fishing on a lake would be nice, no, being IN a lake would be nice.
