That's a miserable Catch 22 situation. I understand the infection issue too, different friend had that with knee surgery and it was horrible as well. I don't know, dicey either way ya' go, but living with chronic pain like that, especially in your knee...well, I feel for you brother. :(

 The first two days we fished Memorial Day we went out with another group of friends in their inflatable boat, we actually tied off to them versus both of us anchoring. Found out when we got back the second trip, one of them had harpooned a big halibut and managed to harpoon the side of the boat as well ... slow leak that they were able to pump the chamber back up before the run back in. The Achilles boats we have are 7 chamber boats. I'll attach a pic of us tied off to them.

    image.jpg

Panamas we've always called that rotation ... I put every op center I ran on them whenever possible. Best schedule ever for 24/7 coverage IMHO.

    EDIT: Hiya Susan

    Damn :(

    same here :fingerscrossed: &

Wife had to clock in early this morning. Her alarm went off 45 minutes before mine. Then I went back to sleep....just in time to get woke up AGAIN.......On a day when I probably could have slept until noon!

    Oh well.....Here we are.

Worlds most irritating voice emanating from room next to my office.

Yes, I'm being grumpy today....So what of it....?

Have mod days, that always gets the people that want stuff but don't know how to put it on. Find a local vendor to sponsor. Do you have a local thread on tw?

    Morning 50's!
I really enjoy this group, mostly just lurking in the background-don't feel I have too much to offer at this point. Great bunch of people.

@CVYota-I have an opportunity to pick up a Softopper shell for my truck. I see you have a soft shell on your truck, can you tell me your experience with it.?
Brand, likes/dislikes, strengths/weakness, how long have you had it?, why soft vs hard cover. It's listed for $250, (in 1st gen trucks, maybe take a quick look?) I am interested in first hand experience.
    Thanks in advance.

there's a couple of threads in my area so to speak i'm in between them about an hour either way for me i kept watching them and have been more active in the thread that seems more active and have been driving them for a meet. they've been around for years but haven't ever done anything however since i've been encouraging they've now had a mini mod day and last week when i was on vaation several met and went trail riding. most are young guys but a couple our age i encouraged but then let them pic a time, date, and location to meet.
