    I ran cnc for a little cal company making rolls Royce vanes. I used to fall asleep with my eyes open standing. I'd snap and count my fingers.

    I presume there is simulation software or do you have to prog and run it through a few iterations on the machine software for bugs and clearance issues to show?

    Nice years and years ago doing the EDM machine programs you would load it the machine could debug for blatant errors dimensions beyond limits etc but then you ran it with no feed and waited to see the feed head go through without hitting a lock out .

    Just got back from sit down Chinese first time in a couple of years. Was surrounded by old fat men doing the same. Pretty sure we all looked alike.

    Worked on a lot of impeller pumps in the Navy. Cast usually. That is the fanciest looking impeller I have ever seen in my life.
