lol what you cant see is the other two holes. water travels in mysterious ways in a wall. I didn't think the source was two bays over from the damage area.

 

I was lucky enough to just have one. My shower grout leaked into the subfloor and across into an adjoining walk-in closet. I was able to run a fan and dry it all out without getting a mold farm going.

 

Where were you when I had the leak in my wall??? Thought Zoie had peed on the floor.... but when I kept cleaning up more water than she could have peed (she was the only one in the house when I found the wet carpet). Called a plumber and yanked the carpet back and turned a heater and fan on for days!!!

I was thinking on bringing power in to right of roll up door. That's the garage and where I want my panel.
Otherwise it'd be the corner of bldg. in first pic meter will be behind where I'm standing. Then the wires would have to go thru walls and ceiling.
And there will be concrete poured in front of doors and a parking pad.

This is just my observation but every building we have that has a panel outside any door way, at one time or another, it has been in the way of something or it's been ran into or hit. The one's on the building corners or inside have been just fine.

 

Was going to just put an electrical access 90 into bldg with an inside panel. I didn't clarify. And the 90 turned into bldg down low close to floor.
