I do hate to disagree with you Sue , but crackers and toast are dry there by using your bodies moisture to process them. Kids and elders dehydrate exceedingly fast from throwing up and or dysentery which goes along with a stomach bug at time. From the military medical folks it was suggested to use rice as it had it's own moisture and the same settling effect as the starches in crackers or toast. It also tended to stay together if there was bouts of throwing up less risk of going into the sinuses and or being aspirated into the lungs. Just repeating what we were told and I have tried it on my kids and worked well .

I prefer bananas. They have natural sugar (for a little energy boost), moisture, potassium and are easily digestible...not to mention they taste the same going down as they do coming up.

Well cigar boxes aren't built like that. There is a little scratch but more assembly.
My guitar was more involved as I built the the body and other parts.
And I thought yours was along the lines of a solid body.
Once parts are made and cut out you can assemble a cigar box in a matter of hours.
The neck is your own and how you want to shape it and type of wood.
I have no fancy skill set.
    I hacked along.

Here is where I get my parts.
    Good people

Took me like 2 weeks off and on to build mine. An hour here and there.
Planning, refitting, fixing mistakes, changing ideas, staining, etc.
I did not work on it for hours on hours.
I think you would like to do it.

    Morning all.

Working from home today - Monday is "school" day for me. I let our Quality Director know I wasn't going to be in before I left on Friday and he wasn't happy. Maybe I'll have to go in once I read the weekends emails. I have a conference call with him this afternoon. We have to talk about him delegating all of my former bosses work to me and none to my coworker. I'm flattered that they think so highly of me but I need compensation. Last week I was directed to support the plant on a high level telecom with the president of the company. I couldn't open the files so they gave me paper copies of the charts. Well, someone set me up and changed the charts without telling me - and they put my name at the top.

I'm looking. Currently being recruited. We'll see what happens. I don't want to piss all of my years away but I also don't want to be walking on egg shells either.

    :pccoffee: Good morning.

High is supposed to be only 76 here today and rain with the front moving through. 67 and rain tomorrow. Highs in 50's low 60's after that for rest of the week. So relief is in sight coming from the West. Just takes awhile not a fast moving front. Finally turn off the AC for the year tomorrow, I hope.

Only liked for the working from home... As you know without the correct and current information your shooting in the dark. Before anything else they need to assign you to the correct security groups to allow you access to that information. I'd tell them to get their shit together and stop treating you like a mushroom keeping you in the dark down in the basement and feeding you shit. On the other hand that may not be the right words to use with that group. Good luck and keep your head down.
