    It's all a game... Trying to scare people to stay because there is "nothing out there". Or "Having to start at the bottom".

    The last job I left they made the guy I trained my boss.
    He was a kiss ass and commented on it plenty of times as that's a bad deal.
    So he tried to be all buddy buddy with me after the announcement.
    I never bit.
    I walked in to the big boss and gave him a piece of my mind. I was told the prev employer ( we got bought out) that he trained people and had experience. I told him he had no experience and didn't train people. I was the one. I trained him. I ran the team.
    So I found out who said all this stuff years later and made his evening dining out quite uncomfortable when I saw him..

    Anyway, long story short I left and came to this place...
