To all that came before, to all that went with us abd did not come back. Any person whom has ever worn the uniform is a hero to me.

Having said that.
Taps Taps lights out maintain silence about the decks.....now Taps

That whole event was less than stellar tonight. The track prep was not good. Turn 1 started coming apart during hot laps then unraveled during time trials. The water truck and grader did a patch job that lasted only because it was in the lower 3rd.of the track and most of the drivers managed to avoid it. Then there were several mechanicals and a few crashes. Nothing serious. More red flags than I've seen and the restarts seemed to take forever. It started an hour late and ended 2 hours late. All in all not a bad night, just not great.

 

I could never figure out why they did that.
Start earlier and work the track in..

Hope they will cut me free.
I didn't do anything they said and the elbow is so much better after I stopped screwing with it.

Sometimes you need to leave well enough alone.

Damp , misty and windy this morning.
Won't be to many hunters in the woods around here this am.
That's ok.
I have to work so being sucky weather makes it easier to let it go...

Good morning everyone! Got snows put on both the Tacoma and the sienna yesterday. Good thing because winter showed up for a supprise visit last night.
It is 19 deg and wintertime...
It's just a prelude as next week will be in the 40s.

i wouldn't even want the prelude Idk maye if I get away from the airport I'll get back to likeing snow again. I used to love it, I used to love driving in it. They used to ask for volunteers around here to help transport nurses and doctors to the hospital I never hear thos e requests anymore
