Actually I'm cleared with work well for my elbow.

Yea it's called leave the fuckin thing alone.
No shit I was told to put heat packs on it and keep the hole open and draining.
Didn't do anything except it aggravated it. I figured surgery anyway so I stopped everything. In1/2 the time I was working on it it got better. Can hardly tell now. I was just do pissed a dr made a surgery decision without personally seeing me.

I don't get comp, but most everyone else in the office does. I'm the only wage grade (trades and labor) and I have a straight 4/10 schedule so for status I'm usually either on straight time, annual leave/sick leave or OT. The days are longer but the scheduled weeks are shorter. I prefer OT over comp. If I rarely did OT I'd take the comp but my normal week is 50 hours. This time of year a 130 + hour pay period is not out of the norm. So I'll take the money now.

 

Actually I have offered to bring up so called super techs from your neck of the woods and show them what it's like to really work on a car. No one has taken me up on my offer. Guess a little rust scares them..

 

Yep, I figured that would be about what the retort was.

 

I like the crock pot put everything in in the morning come home from work and it's like somebody cooked for you.

We crock pot a lot. One of the good things about them is you can use a lesser grade of beef and it "helps it" be better than it is

 

I like the Microwave. Get home from work and throw something in it for a couple minutes and its like I threw some nasty frozen shit into a radiation box and it came out part cold part hot and part burned, just for me.
