Footbridge. We have an emergency gate at work that nobody with slick sole shoes can use since there's a drainage ditch in front of it. So the 2 choices were 1) Build a bridge or 2) fill in the ditch. They opted for the bridge.

My best friend asked me to work on her late fathers WWII Military shadow box including his folded flag given to her at his Military burial

He's a highly decorated Army Soldier and Merchant Marine

 

I've done or helped with a few of those. They really humble me every time.

 

Here's my Friends fathers WWII Ribbons , I need to research ea and everyone so I place them correctly on the new shadow box

Yes there is a Bronze Star displayed and numerous theater of operation ribbons like European , African and middle Eastern ribbons

So far it looks like he was a 3rd armored "Marne " division according to the white & blue diagonal shoulder patch . can't find any info on the A5 Patch or the yellow ,gold and red triangle patch

 

Seems like a lot of grinding in the weld areas. Welder working ok?
