I make these they munt to the 2 bolts already inside the bed using the factory bolts This one is a combo mount it has 2 holes 1 for a cb antenna and the outer is for a light but I can easily make it just for the antenna

I make them for both sides I have a set on the bench somebody wanted and never picked up 1 left and 1 right the one on the right only has 1 hole it would have to be enlarged for an antenna

    Illegal? Oh

Frame bent. Get another used one, why hassle with it? Save it as a hangar queen

That's what I was thinking of. I'd make one (eventually). Otherwise, something similar that attaches to the rail and comes out under the tonneau cover.

I'm assuming you want it on the driver's side?

Actually, I was thinking of the passenger's side toward the back of the bed. It's further away from my head...

My last truck had the antenna mounted on the driver's side fender near the pillar with a fairly short antenna. I wasn't overly comfortable keying the mic - I'd swear I get that warm feeling if I was transmitting for a bit...

Not me the battery went dead. I'm going to play like you tomorrow and sit in an elevated position with a rifle in my hand all day and not shoot anything

15 more minutes and I am done for the week. I thought I was going to have a smooth night. Boy was I wrong. Looking forward to my recliner and a beer.

I've got a couple pair of the firehose pants and really like them. I switched over from carhartts a few years back and don't regret it one bit. Thick and tough just what's needed in the field.

Well just got back from the company end of year gathering. Not as bad as I'd thought it would be. A couple of the guys that had to leave the shop this year came. It was good seeing them again.

Going to pull out the compound this morning and see if I can chase down a squirrel.
    Then to the wake.
Then maybe try to hook up another router to my moms house for her Christmas presents.
It’s my third sat off on a row. I never get that. I could get use to this way to easy.
New vacation schedule went on the wall and promptly put in the Disney trip. I have 3 sick days left
And going to try and use them up before I lose them.
    Good luck
