That’s lawyer speak for “What you’ve been injured in a roll over accident, now your heirs want a metric crapton of my client’s money?” “What’s this you modified yer tractor with TW sticker?” “That wasn’t approved by the engineers, you compromised the structural integrity of the device” “Have nice day!”

    Good morning all.

I'm going to see if I can get the studded snows on the truck this morning and then it's off to the therapist - aka barber - this afternoon.

3 to 5 inches of snow starting tomorrow night.
So the morons will be out in force.
I see a situation coming with my Tacoma mouse truck developing.
Unless I get an ok soon my time off maybe in trouble.
    It always happens.
I hate having a gun to my head.
Seems like you want time off so your gonna have to suffer major stress and anxiety.

    Another Friday.
    Then another Saturday. UgU....

Good morning and welcome to Friday. Not as cold today 19* now and supposed to get up to 28* later so a warm up finally. Friends coming into town today decided not to have me grill in the cold and we are going to Outback for supper. Hope the steaks are good and the place doesn't piss me off. They have 10% off for Military including retired until the end of the month.

Yesterday was the 40th anniversary of my going active duty. Yeah I know it was Dec. 7 and the Navy. That was the opening they had 40 years ago in Nuclear Power School in Orlando, with boot camp first of course. I've been retired longer than I was active duty now. WTF how the hell did that happen?!

We went to an outback in Denver that was fairly new on trip to Washington. I think I got the porterhouse? On rare side. Best steak I had in restaurant in long time.

Y'all (or youins) Northerners need to keep the cold up your way. Woke up to 22 degrees this morning. But this being Texas and all, it'll back to 70 in a couple of days.

    Morning all
Fires are still there but at least the containment numbers are going up.

    Sorry Mike.
Yeah, depressing when I realized I have been at my job longer than I was not in my job.

I've never lived north of the Mason Dixon Line and when they build homes around here the main focus are keeping them cool in the summer. I need to add some more attic insulation.

    Dog.
Just got work that the lumber yard isn't doing any deliveries today due to snow in Covington, LA.
Now that the cold affects me, shit just got real and now my weekend work plans have come to a grinding stop.
We are protected by Lake Pontchartrain, so we just have the cold, "I want to be sleet, but it is to warm rain"
    Oh, well plan B...
