Here's a question, why are the older, new style Land Rovers going so cheap?

Christie fusses at me all the time for posting pics with my license plate in it but like I said I figure it's out there in plain sight everytime I drive down the road all somebody would have to do is snap a pic with their phone so what's the difference? Chile is probably right or I'm just naive

 

Honestly I've never looked at them. They've always been so far out of my price range I just never bothered. Great vehicles though

Am I the only one that absolutely loves old 50's - 60's horror and sci-fi movies?

I found the long-lost "Not of this Earth" (1957) on YouTube. I remember it scaring the total crap out of my younger sister and I!

Morning
Trying to stir and get ready for work.
On a winter note.
The most depressing thing about storms is the timing. It always sucks for me.
After a big storm ,and of course you have to be at work, your tired, hungry, soaked from the dripping cars, all,you want to do is go home and veg.So you drive home and all the driveways are cleared and neat on your street. Then you get to your own house and a 3 foot bank awaits you. It’s the only drive on the whole street that’s not done. Am I the only one that works ?? ROFLMAO.
So it’s about a 2hr dance for a good storm. A wet storm will take 3. Between the drive and walkway and the roof raking it’s a project.
I don’t mind doing it per say. Just seems like sat storms are always on the days I have to work.
This one will be nothing.
I’ll just let it blow through and start the dance tomorrow morning.
At least it won’t be like this..
