Good morning folks. It is Monday, so I don't know what is going to happen regardless/in spite of my original plan. But I should be there in about 35 to 40 minutes and we'll find out.

Check with MSC or Grainger, oil and fine steel wool work pretty well the drums or disks even in the very fine grades are going to leave swirl marks.

    Happy Monday morning everyone.
My supervisor wants me to come in early again. 1st shifter is off again today. So I come into a mess. Plus the ISO auditor is coming back and I have to meet with him. Last time he was here he measured the angles on gundrill wrong. My counterpart on days measured it wrong also. This all happened in front of my boss, his boss, head engineer and the head of quality. All they had to do was look at the blueprint. Of course I am the only person that sharpen these drills, so I was made to look bad. I was pissed off.
On the lighter side, snow plow just went by.

    Morning all

I know that routine, had to replace a parton top of the machine, killed my back, ended up being a bad part, had to put the old one back in. Get to do it all over again today.
Pick up my guitar and play, just like yesterday
