    Well, I didn't meet the new boss yet. She was in orientation followed by a staff meeting...

    My coworker did meet her in the hallway and wasn't impressed. She said the new boss was nervous. I happened to talk to a headhunter and mentioned the new boss. He new her and didn't give me the warm fuzzy... A bit concerning when he said "she's been around the block a few times". I take that as she's had a lot of jobs and doesn't last long in any of them.

    Well, they are replacing all three u joints under the warranty extension. Said one was broken. Have me a new Rav4 to drive home. It is really nice.

    All I can say is we love ours. It gets decent gas mileage, it's peppy, AwD, and real comfortable on trips. We got the mid grade not the limitted one but it had a sun roof and AWD and the stuff that was important to us.

    I don't get to drive it much unless we go on a trip but I believe it senses wheel spin and automatically engages the other wheels. There is no selector switch like in our trucks.. She's had it in some good snows and it's only had to kick on a couple of times it does really well in the snow, rain, anything we've had it in really. Mike, I'm sure can educate us better on how it really works
