Good morning again

Fell right back asleep woke up to the damn cat biting my nose at 0500. There is a snooze button but he just puts his ears back and bites my hand.

 

You know, Your name crossed my mind last nite. I was peeping the tragic C-17 crash at Elmondorf last nite at work. It was a rabbit hole, you tube thing
that led me from the B-17 Part of the movie "Heavy Metal" to the 1994 Bud Holland crash in the B-52. Or vice versa. It was a long nite.

 

I’ve had more than my share those nights.

Not sure what the hell going to do for Christmas dinner now. Just looked at the forecast this morning and think going to have a change of plans. To something cooked inside.

 

Damn it , Here I was trying to figure out when dinner would be ready and arrive in time to crash the party :} LOL

Well you could still come on over, just the boys and me. Might only be beer and peanuts... Nah thinking this through if I get the smoker and everything else ready in the next couple of days might still do it. Was going to hang the meat with the stacker on and the silicone jacket isn't long enough to cover everything like that. Might take 5 or 6 hours for the ribs instead of 3-4 as usual. There is always the oven if I gotta. And I just might gotta.
