Watching the weather man on tv. The big storm that they were talking about earlier in the week never happened. Cold air comes in for Christmas. They are not calling it the Polar Vortex. Calling it Cold Canadian Air.
Blame the Canadians for the cold air.

    Morning all
Sinus rinse for the lower part followed by nasal spray for the upper. I use Rhinocort, it is water based and doesn't dry me out like the alcohol based ones

My summit is light, easy and secure to hang, easy sit down stand up climbing, and very comfortable in the tree

One doe seen this morning about 150 yards out in the swamp. That's the only place left with last week's snow.
We then pulled our ladder stands out before the weather.
Supposed to have some freezing rain for this afternoon. Temps are above freezing, but the blacktop is plenty cold and should be greasy later on.
My remaining sits in the woods will now be from ground level.

Snow plow still hasn't come by. Not going to touch the driveway until it does. Course if I do the drive then the SOB will come by and fill it back in for me as soon as I finish. Every time.

Hope you feel better soon Kevin and get some decent rest.

Old man winter apparently lives in Canada. He should stay there. I should have been a weather guesser. Be wrong all the time and still get a paycheck and go to work the next day. Sign me up.
