Muzzle brakes are legal there and flash suppressors aren't.

 

Glad for mom's prognosis. Good for abit of bed rest and you'll be chasing her around in no time.

Can we have a redo of the last couple of weeks? Sure could use one right about now.

 

Here at the hospital, they are going to admit her. No broken bone but she is in alot of pain

Here's (2) pics of my old Bird Cage / Flash Hider , as you can see in the first pic the bird cage design that allows reduction in muzzle flash so not to give away your position





Now in this pic you can see it also has a solid surface , this helps in reducing muzzle climb . so technically this is considered a muzzle brake by qualified Gun smiths . But in the eyes of Ca politician's it is a illegal device





Here's a pic of my new muzzle brake , as you can see there's a difference in design which allow less muzzle rise and to keep the muzzle of the barrel on target

First job yesterday was a blown water heater in attic,house flooded. I was dragging,but felt better at end of day. I did use a face mask up in dusty attic. Guess I needed to clear the cobwebs outta my head. Went to sleep early and slept all night.

It redirects the muzzle flash in a more politically correct direction and sounds less scary than “flash suppressor”
