Yea but have to start driving truck again at about 40 miles one way,until I get moved. I get 4 hrs if I get called in,hopefully take care of any problem fast.

You might try some kind of cat deterrent around your parking area ... maybe even a open container to set in the bed when parked at home.

Neighbor’s cat a few years back was crapping in frontyard flower bed ... my wife was about ready to administer some vitamin lead ... something similar to that stuff did the trick.

 

How many students/staff? Looks like a pretty big campus.

Tell me about it. The 'blacktop' up here is literally white with all of the liquid rust the DOT lays down. The roads used to be red from the sand salt before the DEP made them stop using sand. The change was to improve the water quality in the streams by eliminating sand silt in the spring. Doesn't the salt kill the fresh water fish too?? (I guess the streams may only have salt water fish in them)

 

Hold out for more money. Sometimes companies low ball first offers.

I have concerns. Some things are farmed out. Some things they gang bang. Custodians do some things instead of licensed plumber. Complaints or problems go to bldg administration first for them to see if they can do, if not a work order is made. At least I saw they have a spartan sewer machine.
