Watching modern marvels on quest tv. Amazing that a 150 man base can be set up in 4 hrs with new technology

Frickin’ 6 day work week, I forgot ... would frustrate the bejeebus outta me.

 

I keep looking at those and going back and forth on it. I love my jerky and the boys do too. Commercial stuff usually has sugar in it that is why it is so good. So I make my own most of the time with the smoker. But it isn't really made for it like an electric smoker with lots of trays, and a lot of work to do it. So looking forward to your report on how the jerky turns out
