Good looking Mom and Pop what lines ? Any working titles for them or predecessors? Not required just curious ...I have seen dogs with lines that would look like they are a champ right out of the gate be worthless and others with no titles be perfect during and after training .

I hate water heater problems. They always happen on weekend, or at night.

 

My plumber told me when they start sounding like a coffee pot...start preparing for a new one.

....about an hour to pull out. Oddly enough, most of it was just finding the right 14mm wrench with the right offset for the bottom bolt and getting the right extension and deepwell socket..
