Nope really fast LOL, 2 day and insulated\packed well. Shipping is as much as the meat. Or more. They will only ship in the winter and because it is warming up back there this is about the end of the shipping season.

Normally have it with eggs over easy. Thought I'd have a treat tonight, have a bottle of Maple Syrup I picked up at a sugar bush last fall near where I hunt grouse. It is a special treat for me and I don't use it often. Except for special occasions.

Damn that was good real tempted to fry up some more...

    Very disheartened.
Mainly because all the stuff I told him the first two days are coming true.

Gets frustrated with the way things are done.
Starts a job and the cust changes his mind so puts the old parts on for free.
Only like 5 min of work but still.
Waiting for ok’s for like 40 min.
And I say “Get use to it. It’s gonna get worse”.
    Things come back..
    Yada yada..
So right now I don’t see anything like cutting corners per say. Just bad decisions on work planning and execution.
    We will see.

We had the 35 and downpour rains
While I was trying to unclog sewer line in the rain with a machine that’s unreliable.
    Oh well
I just stopped and took lunch

...not like you had another customer 45 minutes away waiting for you...enjoy that feeling of not having to jump through your ass. When we have more than one thing break and have to deal with multiple buildings, we just prioritize and start locking buildings. As we get them fixed we open them back up.
