I would have a hard time keeping a straight face while apologizing for the actions of a squirrel. It's in their nature to be "squirrely"... I can't wait to hear the outcome. Good luck!

Meeting in 40 minutes. Boss is going from department head to department head, trying to recruit backup. Looks like his intention is to put me on an island and take his best shot. No one is biting into his plan.

Bring it! I have a few tricks up my sleeve too.

window guy came early this morning and replaced the remainder of the windows in my house. i had 4 done previously by some one else and was going to replace all of them until he looked at the ones we already had and said they were the same ones he was going to install. when i told him ok but one window had lost it's gas charge and another had a broken track he said no problem they had a lifetime warranty and he'd be happy to fix. that made the sale on the rest of the windows. they're nice easy to clean, house is noticeably quieter inside, and they're energy efficient. they were the last thing we had to replace to be as efficient as we can. hete to spend that kind of money on windows but we had been saving for it it's just i mean they're windows we already had windows it's just not something new and exciting. it's like buying tires for you commuter car it's just not like buying tires for your truck i guess unless that is your dd

well i'm screwed i guess it started raining so i came inside and then heard a wham on the roof. when i looked out it was putting down hail bigger than marbles so i ran out in it and moved my truck up beside the garage under the trees hopefully that protected it and no damage
