Meeting went well (from my point of view) 12 of us, 10 other managers, me, and the boss. He sorta got put in his place. He wasn't happy at all. EVERYONE was united in their opinion that he was wrong and WAY out of line. It ain't over yet, but the power of good beat evil on this day!

    Good Evening Susan

The appt today at the VA was for to get into a weight management program to help me lose the weight . I've gained weight since the knee replacement 2 yrs ago and scope surgery on the same knee last year . With the meds I'm taking some of them the side affects are weight gain

The MOVE program is designed to help Vets control their weight . As for my knee I stopped by Phys therapy and got a new brace today to help with the instability

    How was your day !!!!

i'll never be one to tell some one this is what you need to do it really works. about 12 years ago i lost 95 pounds with weight watchers i had ballooned up to 315 pounds and while running around with my kids realized just how out of shape i had become. it worked for me, the meetings each week were inspirational, the journaling of your daily meals helped. i did put some back on ,however, when diagnosed with diabetes i lost it all again. it's a tuff battle and the support of my local ww group was a tremendous help. the real battle is keeping it off and not slipping beck into poor eating habits

    Evening all
Glad the boss got "squirreled" blue.

Did a little testing today with Gohan. Went from a acoustic set of light strings to a electric set of ultra lights. Feels much better on bridging and louder. Still using the lower octave right now. My carrying bag should be here Thursday so I will be able to take it in the car. Someone is supposedly giving me another amp. From his description it may be bigger than mine. We will see.
Need to go back a few pages to catch up. :goingcrazy:
