That is stupid. They should post again for the spot that needs back filling. Someone may be interested that wasn't interested in the first one. Depends on how their policy is written, they could end up in a stink if they cross the wrong person.

You just described most of the snowbirds and a lot of those do it with a Canadian accent (eh).

Just puttin around with some of my archery stuff.
Some might be interested in what i use.

Just put some knockternal illuminated knocks on my arrows to watch them in flight and to find them after the shot. They also have some that have a transmitter in them to find it with blue tooth.
Can help track your animal if it stays in...

The business end is dead ringer trauma mechanical broadheads.
Opens up to a 3” cutting surface.

My crossbow is using dead ringer super freak extreme.
Very similar with slightly less width and beefier construction for the 150 pound draw weight.
They will also have lighted knocks but I will worry about that later in the season.

For small game I’m using field points or blunt points.

It's called bait and switch. This is why I pay union dues so they can not pull this bs.

Agreed. Possibly asking if an employee may have interest in a posted position is acceptable. But to just insert someone in the interview process who did not even apply for said vacancy? Terrible management or HR tactics.

I use the lighted 4.8 amp dual ones. But that is only because I have a number of USB C devices, and they can take\need the higher amperage. I stayed with the standard type A cables and use these adapters with the C devices. All my electronics are used up front but I needed more 12V outlets and went plug and play. Have had a dual USB & dual 12 V spliter for about 4 years now. Like this one

And then they will come out with yet another standard  I posted last week in the A pillar mod my electronics setup.

Carbon arrows instead of XX75's. Lighted knocks. Bluetooth tracking arrows. Mechanical broadheads instead of file and stoning Zwickey old school heads. OK you can come clean now, are you sure you don't have heated seats and remote start in the Taco? :crapstorm:

Nice setup Mike started my youngest son with much the same as you have now. I'm still old school but did upgrade to the whisker biscuit rests. Don't miss messing with the adjustments on the flippers. As long as you harvest the game doesn't matter what you use IMO.

I'm still using tried and true 100gr Thunderheads on the compound.
100 gr. Wasp Bullets for the crossbow.

I use 125 gr. Thunderheads actually. With 2117 XX75's. Those damn 2 blade Zwickey's plane all over the place. But at the time not a lot of options. Then Muzzy and a few others came out.

Here's a pair of the Wasp Bullets, slightly used.
Recovered after slaying a pair of 8 pointers.
Complete pass thru with the 1 inch head.
Both were buried in the ground up to the fletching.

Had an instructor ask once during continuing education class, what’s a red tag?
    I replied “punch list?” :notsure:
We all thought it was hilarious.
    He didn’t laugh.

Couldn't you just tie a string to the end? Then you can stay where you are and pull it back to you.

    I may be wrong

Just came in from round two.
    About 14 so far.
    Staying ahead of it.
    Blowers are kicking ass.
The ariens is making short work of the paths. Drifts to 24..
If I shovel the porch and stairs it just fills right up. If I don’t it gets so deep and then stops.
So I’ll wait till the morning and then one last time before work.
Then to see if I can get the box clear to get the 507 back from Florida.

Knowing my luck the string would get wrapped around my foot and drag me to who knows where.
