I'm going to try it :anonymous: actually bought some stuff a few years ago, just never did it. Judy would KILL me if I didn't let her make this book for Simmy. I think the crafty gene skipped me and went straight to Steven.

Not me I am already fishing wondering where the hell you are, I'm waiting on ya?

House AC died a couple of hours ago, damn.... Window unit in the reloading room downstairs is still running I may end up finding a way to shoehorn myself and the dogs in there tonight before it is over. Put another coat of oil on the Ithaca 37 stock this afternoon so I can even sniff fumes while I'm in there.

Yeah supposed to break tomorrow and only get up to 87, heavy storms predicted. Have whole house fan on but don't think it can keep up for long cool air is disappearing fast. Not thrilled about exposing the dogs to the fumes. LOL me it is OK but hate to do it to even the old boy who is on his last legs. Quite literally.

Be better if I could have some hush puppies, fried catfish, and some sweet tea right now. Think I am realizing the value of comfort food in a somewhat stressful situation. Doughnuts just wouldn't cut it. Well OK they would be a step in the right direction...

Andy that must be a big fire as I can see reddish brown smoke to the west and I'm maybe 75 miles east of that . Looking to the southeast of can also see smoke on or around mt San Jacinto area

Last night about 2300hrs there was a brush fire off of I-10 and hwy 215 here in San Bernardino . This brush fire destroyed the Super 8 motel

I went out for couple hrs today to do some errands and the (4) fire stations near me had Cal Fire rigs parked ready for action . Even the CDF station had brush rigs , camp crew trucks and bulldozer crews ready for a tion

i guess mother and i haven't been really close for a long time and when i stood by her through a huge health scare last year she pretty much crapped on me. 1/2 sister i've only spoken to once in my life and that was 30 years ago, 1/2 brother when he got married his wife has tried to distance them from the rest of the family and he's gone along with it oh well his choice step brothers and sister never been close to anyway never had any relationship with my father at all but i'm all good i look at it as their problem it would have to bother me for it to be mine as well
