    Yeah it was hot tonight. Strange thing is I normally use hardwood charcoal on top of briquettes. Tonight didn't feel like digging out the hardwood so was all briquettes. May just go back to all briquettes after tonight.

    It seems these new briqettes don't light much better but they seem to burn out faster. I do get a better fire out of my little kettle than my side box. It leaks pretty bad so it's not as efficient as it could be. But I have taken more to briquettes under chunk when I don't have mesquite.

    Speaking of LEDs, they wanted me to convert the kitchen at work to all LED until I informed them there are 100 fixtures with 2 bulbs each. They back pedaled quickly, replace as necessary but convert the fixtures with T-12s as soon as possible.:laughing:
