:pccoffee: Good morning. Work has been so crazy didn't know what day it was most of the week. Sure as hell know it is Friday now though. And won't have to look it up the rest of the day.

Depends if the Feds are involved in classification or not. We have the largest population of wolves in CONUS. Even had a season on them until a few years ago. PETA and fat asses sitting in Washington DC managed to get them listed so that now you can only shoot one if a human life is endangered. Livestock and dogs aren't considered important enough to defend. And hence the term Shoot Shovel Shutup was born. They are increasing at 25% a year here now. Crazy.

That is my backup to my Bunn, think it is my 3rd one in 30 years. Backup to that and no electricity are 2 Stainless stovetop percs. When it comes to coffee I treat it like architecturing a life support system at work. High Availability and Disaster Recovery plans Tier 1. It is the same thing after all, life support.

Morning friends! Currently light rain is falling. Looks like today is snow tire changeover day and if there is a break in the rain, I might even wash the truck.

I've been weaning myself off of sugar in my morning coffee. I used to have coffee with my sugar - black and sweet, just like my women... Now it's black, bitter, and large...

Phhht, I'm sure that bear had to be removed due to all of those protesters out front...;)

When I started drinking coffee years ago, I started out with regular.
Got to the point nobody could make a regular the same way and most of the time they f'ed it up.
Switched to black, no sugar shortly after.
Still amazed, when I worked on the road, how many times I'd get a black coffee that was f'ed up.

We have 'free' coffee at work. It is soooooooooooooooo bitter. No idea how they could make such a bad cup of coffee. Only thing I can think of is that they no longer have cigarette ashes to brew, as they've banned smoking, and now have to use goose shit...

20 years of drinking coffee made by the cheapest bidder and comes in a 20 lb. green can has taught me to sprinkle some salt on top of the grounds. Helps take some of the bitterness out of the goose shit.

I'm serious! We have a cafeteria run by a catering company! I could see crappy coffee if it was from a drip maker in the back room, but these are supposedly professionals!

Therefore my motto is to stay out of the cafe. I've eaten there twice in 14 years. Got the trots both times. There's only 12 crappers in the 130,000 sq-ft building with approx 300 people. Not a good ratio...

As a plumber there’s usually a crapper nearby. Whether it works or not is the question

Speaking of goose shit. They're nesting at work. One set is up on the roof! o_O It's funny to watch because the bull walks along the edge of the roof keeping watch like a security guard. Earlier this winter, maintenance 'installed' dummy coyotes to chase off the birds. Didn't work as they planned.

Not good. We eat pretty good generally. So if I eat anything fried, is a crap shoot... So to speak.
