    Good Morning Everyone !!! :hattip:

Currently at 0820hrs it's 58° , clear skies and high temp expected to reach 90° today

In about 20 min I'm headed to the detailer to get my truck cleaned up , going to get a full detail including the engine then a 7 year Teflon coating applied . should look awesome when done

Getting ready for some coffee myself , this cup holds 96 oz(12) cups and might take two refills to wake up

I'm blessed to be in a good company in a tight market. All of the talent is scooped up. And there is a new medical device plant being built that a lot have their eyes on. I been in on a few interviews lately and it really shows. The only one of those we offered was a guy coming out of the coast guard, but he declined. He only needed a few years for his 20, so I kinda hope he stayed in.

My mom was visiting and liked the smell of the coffee I was making. She asked if she could have a cup, sure no problem with that. She took a taste and was knocked back a couple steps, oh my that’s strong. She was going to add water to tone down the strength. I told her she wasn’t allowed to add water but ifen she needed something she could add milk.

I always figure if I go to work late I should leave early.

In blue cornflower pattern no less, the original design. Never used you say?

Corning Ware turned 60 this year. I know because it came out the year I was born. Many of my relatives worked for Corning Glass, now Corning Inc. Every time I see a Corning Fiber Optic panel in a datacenter I think there is one my Grandfather who was a ceramic engineer at Corning never saw coming. He was in the Wellsboro, Pa. plant most of my uncles were up in the lab at Corning, NY. Grandpa also worked on some large ass mirror that ended up on Palomar Mountain out in California. When I was stationed in San Diego family told me I had to go see it, so I did. Saw my first mule deer near there in Cleveland National Forrest.

They broke the mold on the first pour of the mirror for the telescope and some say that is where the term "he broke the mold" came from

I ran many miles of Corning fiber and cables as well as putting them together.
Always wanted to make a pit stop there and go to the museum , but never did.
Drove right by it when I dropped an Amish family at the train station on the way home a few years ago.

Interesting note about Corning. They have a high end glass division too called Steuben.

I am fortunate to have acquired a mid-60's vintage Trout with fly.

Yeah Steuben would have glass blowers in the museum back when I first got dragged into it. To say that I am envious of that trout would be an understatement LOL. I saw Star Wars in 77 at the theater in Corning. Not a lot of movie theaters in that neck of the woods. 17 used to run right through Corning. Then they built the Southern Tier Expressway. Now it is rebuilt again and renamed 86, was starting to think they would never finish the damn construction on it.

Truck is at the Detailers and should be done later this afternoon . Decided to go with a 2 year Teflon application from ceramicpro.com,and also full detail including engine and interior . he's also going to remove the scratches in my paint , total cost $875 but since I'm a Military Veteran he's giving me a $150 discount

Well my boy just got his new bow from his sponsor Bowtech.

He says it shoots like a breeze and it’s a rocket.

I used to take 6 all the way out to 449 then head North to Useless (Ulysses).
When the frackers started to jam things up I sometimes went up the new 15 to 49 from Mansfield.
Other times ,especially for Spring turkey, I went 17 past Corning to hook up to 49. I hunted in North Bingham as well.
I used to purchase my Goex in the little store in Knoxville.
Ackleys used to be good back in the day as there wasn't much around, but they got stupid expensive when they went "big time", so I picked up things elsewhere.
