    I cut out a couple times...and cut back in before going for a ride to the bottom.
    Worse part was the splinters and Creo burns.

    Last year I twisted my knee getting out of truck. Still in pain 4 months later. Neighbor suggest,,,, now don't laugh. Apple Cider Vinegar with Mothers,
    Mix a spoon full with 1/2 glass 4oz fruit juice.
    I did this every other day and in 1 week pain was gone.
    Twice I stopped and pain came back, start up again, pain went away.

    If I was there the 100° heat might drive me North. But still has a ways to go before I loose the coat. Although lately been wearing just a thermal zip neck undershirt and washed canvas shirt.

    had my ACL replaced in april 2017.was healed but hunting mountains felt real unstable .its back to good now.he told me it would be a year to feel normal.I was 53.he said 4 more years or so and he wouldnt offer the surgery but a knee replacement.we are on the bubble brother

    The folks living below the border drag their feet because there's usually a storm lurking. Some people take a couple weeks to get home. Canadians usually drag their feet leaving then have to bomb home through whatever is in their way. We had a bunch come down early so they had to suck it up. 2 weeks ago is when the exodus began so they were wasting days in roadside campgrounds at high prices waiting for the roads to clear.

    when doc asked when mine started i told him 15 years ago.he said why the hell you wait so long?told him it would pop out and i could pop it back in.but now it would go out and i couldnt always get it back in.he just shook his head.o_O
