    Hey,

    Can anyone with better google / search chops actually cite who wrote / said this ?

    It is attributed to Trey Gowdy but https://www.truthorfiction.com/trey-gowdy-transgender-military-ban/ Says different though I could see him saying this in an instant:} Not political just trying to fact check , my dad sends me this kind of stuff a lot and several times it has been umm edited or changed to fit the story :] But I do think this is a pretty good summation the shorter version is the Military is not a place to conduct social experiments.

    Nobody has a “right” to serve in the military. Nobody. What makes people think the military is an equal opportunity employer? Very far from it. The military uses prejudice regularly and consistently to deny citizens from joining for being too old or young, too fat or too skinny, too tall or too short. Citizens are denied for having flat feet, or for missing or additional fingers. Poor eyesight will disqualify you, as well as bad teeth. Malnourished? Drug addiction? Bad back? Criminal history? Low IQ? Anxiety? Phobias? Hearing damage? Six arms? Hear voices in your head? Self-identify as a unicorn? Need a special access ramp for your wheelchair? Can’t run the required course in the required time? Can’t do the required number of pushups? Not really a “morning person” and refuse to get out of bed before noon? All can be reasons for denial. The military has one job. War. Anything else is a distraction and a liability. Did someone just scream “That isn’t fair”? War is VERY unfair, there are no exceptions made for being special or challenged or socially wonderful. YOU change yourself to meet military standards. Not the other way around. I say again: you don’t change the military… you must change yourself. The military doesn’t need to accommodate anyone with special issues. The military needs to win wars. Thank you for applying and good luck on future endeavors. So who’s next in line?

    Grab a Phone book for DC and start at page one :} LOL Nah just something my dad sent around and he gets wound up about things and before I discuss it with him I like to make sure what he is talking about. A lot of his "friends" send things around that are from places of questionable information practices lol

    I just saw one that works on a set of pulleys in the ground you tie a rag to and I was like umm only the dogs with out much sense will chase that in a straight line they will cut the corners grab the rag and wreck the lay out in a second. lol

    Yep I have even seen a few that will damn near walk on water a few feet to get the edge on a chase subject :} . I stumbled on the video looking at dog training stuff, it has 3 pulleys you put in the ground and one remote controlled motorized pulley you string what looked like para cord through and tie this rag on. Turn it on and let the dog chase it most of the dogs were not smart enough to predict the path after a run or two and cut the corner and wait for it . But they cut the video as soon as the dogs got it so no idea what really happens but unless your quick on the button I see dogs getting tangled up and maybe even damage lips from the cord passing through them if they miss the rag and just get the line.

    The Rc truck with the ball they get the ball the truck stops moving lol unless it out weighs the dog or has crawl control :} :}
