I don’t understand the budget at work. Fiscal year is June 1. We can’t spend money till then. But now is when kids leave and work orders come in.

I hate doing 12 hr schedules. They wear me out and I get into a vicious sleep cycle.

Good morning folks. Dragging my feet again. I have to swing by the Cat dealer to pick up the loader but the guys with the service trucks don't get there to open the gate this early. I'll hit the office in about a half hour to check over the truck then mosey over. They should be there by 0530 or so.

    Have a great day.

They spent all their allocations in the old budget, now they have to wait until new budget. It really gets tight @ the university where I work when the State legislature can not get a budget finalized on time (7/1).

Oh hell no. Chasing dead vehicles in the desert would drive a person crazy. The truck is for our LE folks. Funny thing about the truck is it hasn't been there that long but it's already a geo-cache destination. When I did the recon I found a hide-a-key on it with the little sign in sheet inside.

Been dealing with that for years you pre order for the next year , If you have access to the repair history of the facilities you can plot the normal stuff and the oh shit stuff . You will get it probably by the time you are there 2 or three years you can predict somewhat. Hell with your knowledge you probably can do it know just based on age of equipment and such. Do they have a computerized work order / contract type system where you can do the research ?

    :pccoffee: Good Morning

39 degrees now, should see 70 today.
Got alot done over weekend. Inside of truck looks almost new/used.
We have an old garage that was turned into rabbit and chicken barn. We want to tear it down, so I was gutting out the inside. Looks like I will have big pile of junk for bulky waste pickup in two weeks.

    Everyone have a good week.

Don't want to burn it. It's too close to my other shed and willow tree.
