Too many lawsuits and liability claims these days. Good mechanics know what they can and can not touch.

I did something similar across a phase adapter in the hellhole of a C130 one mid-shift on the flightline of Pope AFB Summer 1985 ... last time I let that guy read the schematic and give me junction numbers. They say my shadowed outline was burned into the side of the plane parked to our left. o_O

    hmmm ... pay dirt. :)

Back in the eighties when there was no work around here I worked on the road with a subcontractor for Sunoco wiring pumps, canopies, area lighting.... We worked in the DC Baltimore area, Belair, Annapolis etc. One job I will never forget was in Culpeper Va. Small station with several benches out front where the local retired guys hung out Every day. Got to know them, descent fellows who swear the South did not lose the war. I loved to hear their stories which they did not mince their words.

    Afternoon Everyone !! :hattip:

Getting my Haircut ,shopping and other errands on this nice 87° day !!

Just saw a USMC JROTC Cadet walking around and she had on USMC BDU's that wasn't worn properly . Trousers not bloused properly , BDU top sleeves rolled up sloppy and uneven and she was wearing a long sleeve black t shirt

I almost walked over to her to let her know of her uniform issues !!!

Good evening folks. Glass guy was a no show. Rescheduled for "1st thing Monday morning" so I asked him when that would be. "About 0930", (me) "Oh, just in time for lunch. I start at 0400. See you at 0930".
