I still like my jet fuel coffee bean in espresso. I’ve learned I can cheat it with more water and a bigger cup under it :burnrubber:

I'm running LR UCAs. The good news is that they are very adjustable - The bad news is that they are very adjustable. I use that same line when folks ask me about the Weber tri-carb set up on my Falcon

It's all about having the correct tools and understanding what each adjustment does. Mine ran like crap until I added a wideband AFR and then I tuned and balanced them in a snap.

The battery pack consists of 28 Panasonic prismatic nickel metal hydride modules—each containing six 1.2 volt cells—connected in series to produce a nominal voltage of 201.6 volts.
Each cell is monitored by the hybrid ecu. If it determines there is a cell that is out of the norm it goes into a survival mode. Throws a warning light and puts the cooling fan on high.
The hybrid battery actually starts the car through MG1 inside the transaxle.
If the battery is bad enough in the ecu logic. It won’t start the car. Or if an idiot keeps restarting the car with no fuel in it it will kill the hybrid battery and a recovery charging station will be needed to recharge the battery enough to start the engine.
This car wouldn’t start.... wouldn’t spin over because the ecu said no way. So I had to replace the battery. Then I had to diag and get the car started.
Batteries crap out just like normal lead acid batteries. Just a lot more chances in this pack.
I’ve seen them die at 85,000 miles and some over 300,000 miles and still going.
With an old second gen Prius it’s a big chance on a $3,000 repair to recover the money. I will say that not much goes wrong per say except for the batteries. They just go and go... as long as you can take care of it and keep it from rusting to the ground...

You're right, I'd actually prefer rubber flaps.

Amazing how much just one dog can shit in 6 months :anonymous: Was better under the snow but got most of it now. The rest was stuck in the lugs of my boots before they hit the deep sink.

Even if you upgrade to a smart stat still pretty easy, you would have no problems with doing it. Just have to make sure that the replacement is the same type as what is coming out, ie: boiler, zones, heat pump, etc. And you can look up your existing model to see what the current model now is especially if it is a Honeywell. The gas company here usually has rebates on new stats especially smart ones like the Nest. Still haven't done it though.

Just got the township newsletter last week and they talked about how many miles of gravel roads are in the township. And the 18 miles that are paved now LOL. Without flaps I chip the hell out of my rocker panels as my tires through gravel.

I split the difference. Got a set of Huskys and cut them down and also a set of rubber ones then used plastic rivets to make one set. The rubber will give a lot especially at higher speeds, doing this they give a little more protection. So far they have held up well even under some pretty rough conditions and temperatures.
