Flaps? What is it with Tacoma owners and flaps? I don’t get it. I never owned a P/U with flaps till the magnetic grey truck. The OR didn’t come with any.

Hmmmm. When I had my 2500 Cummins, I bought trailer flaps from the local TA truck stop...

Next time your at Lowe’s Mike check out there self leveling caulk. Its not always in with all the other caulks so you might have to ask where it’s hiding. I’ve had great results with it.

    Sometimes I’m not sure..
That crack came in the middle of the night. 10 below out. No snow.
Was working the overnight shift in the flatbed.
Heard and felt a big noise.
Dam crack right under the front wheels of the truck.

I Remember when living in NY and seeing all the 1 Gallon plastic jugs filled with urine when the Snow melted that the Truckers chucked out the widow into the snow banks along the interstate. They were on 25’ centers.

Sounds like an episode of "Ice Road Truckers"....

Cold (and heat) can screw up a hard surface. Catch it while you can. Be glad you don't have both extremes. Your driveway would literally accordion with the expansion and retraction.

That's a bigger temperature swing than here. We go from about 30 to around 115, that's only 85. You guys are getting 110. Your cold is colder, our hot is hotter but the variance here isn't as much.

Isn't just Taco owners. When I had my Xterra it had those hard plastic flaps also. Took less than a few months for me to rip them off on rocks. And here there is more Canadian shelf than glacier moraine deposits but I would take my son back to Pa. hunting. They didn't last long.

I ended up putting peel and stick want to be Line-X on the rockers because they were dented and beat up so bad.

That red clay is still on my off road trailer from 2011. You need flaps.

Unless your always on pavement without salt. Or sand and no gravel oiled road. Or never pulling a trailer. Or worried about chipping someone else's windshield. Or the guy on a bike behind you. Need flexible flaps. Like they used to put on vehicles before these hard plated POS that rip off so easy.

    Be nice!

Not bad, usually just move the wires over to the new one. If its old then there may be some guessing involved.

They were keeping me to 60g of carbs per meal. I would have who ever took my call give me a running total and keep ordering until I hit 60. Usually not a whole lot:rolleyes:
