    There's been a swarm of Earthquakes near the Northern edge of the Salton Sea on the San Jacinto fault over the last few days . There was a couple of big quakes of 5.9 but USGS downgraded them to 4.2

    The San Jacinto fault zone runs parallel to the San Andreas

    I don't know what's here for quake faults but I haven't felt one since we moved here.

    Those swarms are annoying as hell! I experienced a swarm when I was staying on NAF El Centro. It was in the evening through the night. I was staying in my travel trailer and there was a jolt every few minutes. About the time I'd drift off there was a jolt. This went on till the wee hours of the morning.
