Tuesday when my Brother was here and when we were just outside of Barstow East of I-40 there was a union76 with 87 octane at $4.69

A lot of Toyota trucks up here in the High Desert especially the older Hilux models . Saw one the other day with a exo cage , no doors , flatbed and sitting on 37" tires

There's a lot of Toyota rock buggies up here like this one ....

Never understood why there are so many different blends of gas, summer, winter. Different blends depending on what part of the country you live in.
I would think that they could come up with 1 blend. Use it everywhere all year. If they make just 1 kind of gas you would think it would be cheaper.:notsure:

Sorry I forgot, it's all about :spending:

    I’ve always wondered too.

I can say this, I’ve been running this 90 octane ethy Free from the same station, same pump for a few years unless I take a road trip. Then I have to hunt to find the non-ethy. I usually end up finding it at a WaWa. My ‘14 Taco and the ‘17 run great weather it’s the summer or winter blends. It also goes in the generator, mower and marine engines

    piddly stuff
It’s about the same as when they started with unleaded gas and they charged more for it when lead was an additive anyway so they charged us more to leave something out

Tiara sport is launching a new go fast fishing boat. We run Yamaha’s on most of our outboards, either 2or 3, 400 hp. We are building a new boat with 600 hp outboards the Volvo company just bought. Built with a Corvette motor, 2 outboards per boat. The new outboards cost, are you sitting down,$68,000.00 ea,just for the motors. We can’t keep up with demand. I work on the luxury yatch line, sales are so so for the 1mil,-2.5 mil boats. The 400K-1mil with outboards line is going nuts.
