Good morning folks. Drinking coffee, getting ready to take pics of a client's place before they take off for their summer away from the desert.
My wife is on vacation this week, I start a little vacation on Friday for the week of the 4th.
Less than 90 days till snowbird season starts again and I still have a ton of stuff to do. My boss texted me Friday that the repair order for the dump truck was approved, so it looks like I just get to shuffle the rest of my schedule around but will still get it all done on time. I've got some mine restoration that we'd like to get done before 30OCT so the geologist who retires then will get credited for the work...a little parting gift.

 

Understood. The ones I’m purchasing are copies. I guess someone Got ahold of the molds. I remember in the early 70’s I built one of the Baja Bugs, and I loved how real the tires felt and looked. I hoping these duplicates are the same

Scrap the whole thing. buy a old Jeep and make a rock crawler again or make a sand rail. of course with stripes!

 

My dirt hasn't changed in 2 months

 

Well I had to call a client for a problem for the 1st time in 2 seasons. Their ac unit needs serviced, probably just low on freon. So now I get to put in extra time representing for them with the ac folks. One thing that doesn't take a genious to figure out is when an ac unit isn't working...especially when it's cooler outside than inside (83 outside and 93 inside with the thermostat set at 85).
