Afternoon all. Hope everyone's having a great 4th. Some simple grilling for two here. Chicken breast, Italian sausage, some seasoned onions and peppers, and a olive oil soaked bulb of garlic in my little cast iron do-hickey.

Yes it seems to do that doesn't it?! It was awesome, and I have chicken that I should cook up tonight yet. Wondering if I can let it marinade overnight without overpowering it. Have some watermelon I wanted to break into tonight so need make priorities LOL.

That looks and sounds awesome! And I'm stuffed but it still is making me hungry.

Space between each board. Both ends are gonna be wide open. Guess I shoulda took a pic before I put the boards. Would see the neighbors back door. It’s for privacy, not to sit out there in the breeze. Besides, an Arizona breeze doesn’t cool you off anyway. :tumbleweed:

    Evening Everyone !!!

Just got back home from my friends house where I'm helping him build his Quonset Hut garage

Finally finished building all the Rib sections , all 28 of them !! . With the 25mph winds it made for a fun day trying to build them . Those 45lbs 6' panels were really hard to move in these strong winds and acting like sails it took two people just to move them

This Saturday @6am I head back over there to put the completed ribs onto the structure and hopefully by Sunday his garage will be completed . Only thing is this Saturday is when we've got the Extreme Heat Warning With temps nearing 118°

    Dude.
The best free entertainment is at a boat launch.
Bring a lawn chair and some drinks..

Hey, hey...that's my spot. The ramp and the back in camp spots...that shit is hilarious! Some big husband/wife fights breakout over ground guiding. But it's even funnier to watch someone try to launch with the rig jack-knifed and the boat is crossways on the ramp.
