    I was drinking 2-3 bottles of water per hr and a Gatorade every other hour . I felt good during the morning but after lunch I was really exhausted . I think this was due to the lack of sleep last night as I only got 3hrs sleep

    Now trying to help buddy lift (17) rib sections that are 315lbs ea and have a 20' arch that was also 30' long is very strenuous and what I think kicked my a** today

    Howdy y'all. Been offline for a few months. I now have a new job and a new outlook on things, pretty awesome... gone from 80+ hours a week every week including vacations to a straight 40 (4 ten hour days). Took a 30% + hit to the income, but it is really fantastic to actually have time off. I hang out with the dog and spend more time with the family, which is really cool and do more gardening and garage stuff...
    TW is my therapy group:rofl::rofl::rofl::cheers:

    When I had the sciatic pain spent a year going through physical therapy, with no relief. Several people suggested a chiropractor and one lady I work with is from India and she even suggested acupuncture, said it works. I finally broke down and went to a chiropractor and in less than a week all pain was gone from the sciatic nerve. When, not if, it happens again that is the first place I will go.

    There's a lot of crap in Gatorade. You'd probably been good with 2 all day.

    That is the same reason I have gone. Sciatic pain is awful and you’re right, when it comes back it’s my first go to.

    I’m sure that is scary but it’s also good that her doctor is keeping close tabs on her. Hopefully they won’t make her wait too long before giving her the scan. The waiting is the worst. I’ll be thinking of you guys and keeping my fingers crossed that everything turns out fine.
