:hattip: Thanks! Yeah over the last few years I chose not to take a vacation and decided to take some time this year and get stuff done. With my normal 4 day work week and having 3 day weekends it’s easy to let my time bank build up without taking days off

 Our schedule during part of my time stationed at RAF Mildenhall was similar; I actually sold some leave back on my reenlistment there to avoid losing it.

Tellin em is one thing, gettin em to do it, well,..

I was teachin at a customer’s with 8 of their guys. The first day we were in a small conference room that barely held us all plus laptops. Well Mr A & Mr B can’t really be in the same proximity together for much more than 15min. Mr A decided it would be a good time to get Mr B riled up and of course Mr C - H smell blood in the water n want see how far it will go before someone starts swingin. Mr B is on his way across the table when I had to call “time!, everyone to their corners! take a smoke break”

That’s when I found out from the other sharks that those two do that all the time.

Good morning. 63 and supposed to get up to 80 today. Prefer 70's but no way I am going to complain. Taking off work tomorrow to go shoot some clays. And next Wednesday too. Friend of mine that is retired has talked me into traveling around shooting sporting clays once a week at different places in 3 States around here. I am ready to be retired. Time to go to work.

    Good Morning

My .02 cents on loaning out tools. I don't like to, but will to someone who I know is RESPONSIBLE. If I borrow a tool and it breaks, that person gets a new tool, and not a cheapy.

I think that's a dad thing, my dad was the same way.

I think I would say be nice to each other and leave me alone.

    Have a nice day:thumbsup:
