when i started loosing my hunting spots over the years from landowners changing hands and selling the homeplace i told the boys they better start using their contacts to find places. oldest son called me yesterday got permission on 750acres of prime farmland that borders city limits which is bow only. this farm is county muzzle, bow, and rifle and only the farm hand hunts it a litle. wants me to walk it with him for stand sites.im like hell yea ive got a ladderstand in the shop. he said 0h i cant take anyone in there but wants old man to pic his spots.Shit, oh well. ill just use his stands on our lease,i picked them anyway.:Dim glad for him!!Sounds like you have a good setup that close to your house:thumbsup:

    Success !!

Picked her when she was asleep and she walked right inside and was able to close the kennel door

    The Bad :

She screamed loudly at the top of her lungs getting the attention of my neighbor thinking my cat was injured !!

If you look way back you will see the huge nest I had after being gone for 2 weeks . I set up a klieg light at dusk aimed at it from ten feet . Lined up 11 cans of wasp killer (stick with raid , black flag sucks ) I started hosing the nest bottom up from opposite the light. They went after the light lol which since it is a 500 watt unit was blazing hot by then . Yep I giggled when they hit the lens and fried what of it ;) lol

    I want to say 400.
The areas are spread out into blocks. Some get crowded early season while others get zero pressure all season.
My ladder spot gets little pressure and several backup areas get none as well.
Once gun season opens, most have given up at that point and you won't see others..
I've always seen more deer late season and there's a better chance of snow on the ground.

Just got home from the Vet and Snickers was very quiet and never made a sound on the drive back home . Even when I walked inside and put the kennel on the floor and opened it she calmly walked out

Within a few min after I sat down she is sleeping on my lap purring away , all is good !!!!

We have a hard time catching our two outside cats when it's shots time. Yes, even though they're outdoor cats they still get rabies and distemper shots. I also treat them every month for fleas and ticks.
