    It's that weird time of year when you get told to watch it because of the end of year budget, right before you hear "Oh shit! We gotta spend this money!" So it's kinda nice to take a little breather after blasting (or getting blasted) through the 115-120 temps to work down those workload measures that have been on the schedule and haven't been touched yet. Plus with the proposed changes it gives us all a little chance to start thinking and planning in those directions. A little pause helps with that.
