All this talk bout huntin problems. ive been fortunate to hunt private land where i know everyone.but its gettin harder to find cause of the bullshit yal talked about.Bear hunt on national forest but nobody has the cahoonies to vandalize a bunch of mountain men with dogs that dont give a crap.theyd just as soon tie you in a laueral thicket with a can of sardines poured in your lap and come back the next day to see if you learned yur lesson. and if the vandals have found Jesus overnite while prayin for mercy!!!

A couple years ago, I had a couple hours to quick hunt on a Saturday afternoon in the bow area. Figured I'd sit till dark.

About a half hour before sunset, I heard a couple car doors slam. Few minutes later, I saw a kid in his 20's with a black hoodie and jeans walking at a fast pace back and forth in the valley below me.
I glassed him and he had a bow...but no arrows...or any other hunting gear.
He was dropped off where I park and was there to run interference .

He never saw me...but I watched him.
He needed a tune up..but I know better.
My game warden friend made a note of it.

 

That Cabela's needs a few more "books" lot of empty space in that library!

More often than not they are way overpriced. But sometimes they do make mistakes and it can be called a Bargain Library. However not often.

2 yrs ago son and buddy huntin box blind on our fields. watched a truck go by,come back and shoot a small buck in our field. sons buddy is a cop. called it in then offered to help him drag it out playin dumb told him what a good shot he made. then showed him his badge as county cop rolled in. funny as hell. could have took his truck as he shot over the hood. but they cut him a break cause he cooperated and wasnt a jerk

 

Could of at least bought it dinner first.

 

That comes later, served up in a nickel plated jacket.
