    Evening gents.
Mother started dialysis today. She said it wasn't too bad, and is already felling better. They removed 2.5 liters of excess fluid.
Truck is still in the body shop. I need to call them tomorrow. Been there since Saturday
Thumb is back to 50% working status. Not quite as swollen

So, who knows, maybe another dawn

I hope everyone is doing better tonight. Has not been the best of days from what I've been reading.
Just remember this place is special and your around friends.
    I had great day... Not.....
Fixed a car that was at two different places today. Took me 30 seconds and didn't get paid for it.
Having knowledge is not all it's cracked up to be. Not even a thank you.

Van is still at shop. Waiting for new ecu. Along with 2 other vehicles. Seems to be a pattern here.

On a brighter note my friends band members saw and played Gohan. They were very impressed with the power and tone.
Said they would not hesitate to play it in the band.
    Made me feel pretty good.
Finally Having some good rain here. Needed it bad. Cooler also. Not sure how long it will last.
Starting to plan the race at lime rock. Will start working on the car Monday. Still a vacation away from the shop. Will see some people I have not seen in over a year.
So I'll just sit back tonight and see if Chris will create some interesting topics..

No. Late shift. I did a assembly and measured some things and it's back apart for mods. Will get another crack at it this weekend.

    Evening all

Mike , you know those days when EVERYTHING that could, would

QL cut an O-ring on an oil filter; Tow-in # 1...replace filter, clean oil galley, refill with new oil and have Master Tech QC and then DETAIL entire car  Vehicle delivered back to a grateful customer

Tow-in # 2; Journeyman Tech has an OOP's and we now have ordered ; a wheel,a rotor ,5 lug nuts with studs..and will have it for the customer Wednesday AM ;)

Service director wants heads and gets all :annoyed: :argue: BUT some Little Irish stops him in his tracks with "Let me do my job and get the cars and parts dispatched, repaired and customers calmed down , then you can go all out" :p Senior Tech can not believe that "someone" spoke like that and it did work o_O

Now granted I do NOT attend the "Morning meetings" BUT the guys say that they have NEVER had someone stand behind them when :crapstorm: hits...so the deflection might help.....

My boss kind of stood to the side doing his TECH role as we had Y-tech down and he had Mother Mopar in house

Did I mention that I NEED A LARGE CAR to drive :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

This fire is F'n huge and is spreading in (3) different directions . One finger of this fire is heading towards me or to the SE . I can definitely see thick black smoke / flames in the mtns above Devore . The other side of the fire is burning east from Cleghotn rd /138 and already destroyed the truck scales ,McDonald's and Chevron , I know Andy knows this area well

The other finger of this fire is burning at the top of the Cajon Pass near Phelan . They're expecting Santa Ana winds or from the North tonite and if that's correct the fire could burn right towards my place

The Blue Cut fire is a monster in just 4.5 hrs since sunset and when the last Air tanker dropped it's last load of Foschek for the night the fire has grown 9k plus acres . It is now @ 18k plus acres 0 containment and could be at 30k plus acres by sunrise

Also a major landmark has burned to the ground which is the Summit inn at the crest of the Cajon Pass . Anyone who travels the I-15 knows this famous landmark

I just looked outside up near the bottom of the Cajon Pass and it a very eerie Orange glow in the sky
