    Had a similar shituation a couple years ago. Was rolling up to a traffic light, whodat drove into the passenger side of my truck as he was pulling out of a parking lot to turn left across three lanes of traffic. He told his insurance company I drove into him. I told his insurance agent “Bullstien!” if I hit him why is the damage on the passenger side of my truck. Would you like to see the photos? So after they sent an assident investigator to the scene they stated they would only accept 75% of the responsibility due to my being in the center turn lane 25ft sooner than I needed to be.

    My insurance company fixed my truck and then sued the bullshitter’s insurance rep, I think they ended up settling for 96% responsibility.
