Morning all, 2 more fun filled days.

I was evil, I admit it.
My son loves video games and I bought him one with a one month subscription. He got hooked on it and when the month was over, he asked for me to extend it..."sure", I said "as soon as you finish the Eagle merit badges".

I have never seen him work harder. Should be done tonight. Hehehe.

Morning everyone

The fire laid down last night but a couple hours ago a line of Fire grew along the southern flank . The fire seems to be pushing north but with the winds picking up in a couple hours and humidity dropping that can change

The two areas of concern are in the Lytle creek area or mtn lakes resort and the town of Wrightwood . The fire fighters made a stand last night and saved the community of Bonita ranch . The containment is now @ 4%


I'm still about maybe 5 miles from active fire and there is still chances of spotting . As I mentioned it really depends on how the weather will be as the day progresses

I can go on about his generation being lazy and how things were tougher when I was a kid, but then I would be talking like a 55 year old...oh wait

 

sadly i know plenty in their 30's and 40's that are lazy as hell the younger generations just don't seem to want to do much outside or get dirty

happy afternoon everybody! May i ask one of you pros,when can i wash my truck after the paint work it had? i thought paint had to cure for some time before washing.
they did wash it before i got it yesterday.

 

also didnt realize lower bumper wasnt clear coated when new,i just thought that was the difference between the plastic and metal. it looks great now!

 

you can wash now but wait to wax for a while most waxes have scilicone in them which will seal the paint and not let it vape or cure properly. personally i'd give it at least 60 days to cure before waxing unless it was painted with waterborne paint at that point i'd contact the body shop and ask i'm not that familiar with waterborne paint
