Good morning folks. Slept in. Need to clean up the back yard. Roof guy supposed to be here about 1400. I still need to knock out the last little bit of EoY paperwork so I'll go in this evening. I also need to go move the excavator off the dirt next to the lake edge just incase this thing turns torrential.

What kind of trailer is that?

    Yes.

Therefore... the linked body weight routine. I thought it would be easier on the legs.

    Aka Little Elvis.

What did you expect from us buffoons?

Work is the price we pay for vacations, unfortunately. Despite all, I hope this is a memory you will cherish forever!

About winter prep, I dread that as well. In another month or so, I will have to rotate my long sleeve shirts to the front of my closet. ;)

    Where dat?

Yeah, whippin' these beanpoles back into shape after too much sittin' time. The overall program is coming along fine, I just wanted some variety, and if it got me a little less stress on the, umm, "area" then all the better.

Either that, or your basic mid-life crisis. But whatever, it's still a good kinda hurt.

I think those are standard equipment anymore. I like the 2 different sizes. Cat only has one size and they are too short. I keep a 2" pvc coupler in the loader as an extension so the water bottles don't bounce out. The one in the excavator sits right above the ac duct. Next time I have it close to my cordless I'm going to drill a hole through the holder and duct so my water doesn't get warm as fast.

Yesterday a coworker, a new hire, started looking pale and broke into a cold sweet. I thought I was going to have to call the nurse. He went to the restroom and passed what I consider a kidney boulder, then got on his trike and went back to work. I didn't ask how he recovered the stone, but I didn't shake hands with him either.

He walked back in and opened a paper towel to show it. I was like, did you piss through that, fish it out, or do you carry around a filter? Paper towel was dry. So I'll give him that.
