A spoon full of this mixed with cranberry juice helped getting rid of knee pain. Took it 4 times a week. If I would stop the pain would come back in about a week.

Trying to figure out how I got TSA PreCheck Flight approval. Looks like you need to jump through hoops with an interview etc. it just popped up and we went all around the whole line. Didn’t have to take shoes or jacket Off or take anything out of my carry on bags .
Funny thing is with my artificial hip the scanner went off. But they checked my chest and shoulders instead. I was caring a nap sack over my shoulder so maybe they got a heat trace or something I don’t know. Very weird.

It's a random thing. My wife gets it sometimes, and I travel much more than she does.

To get TSA Pre status on all flights you have to pass their process and pay a bunch of money.

Good morning. Headed into work. I figure about 1/2 a day. My son wants to put the shell back on the Tacoma before the rain starts so I'll help him with that this afternoon sometime. I see the weather guessers have pretty much settled on .10" tonight and 2.7" tomorrow... we'll see.

Really bizarre, all the applications for it. My most recent: I had a particularly nasty wart that wouldn't go away regardless of how much medication, cutting, or freezing I'd do to it. Out of desperation, but also as kind of a joke to make fun of my wife who uses ACV for everything, I soaked a tiny piece of paper towel in it, covered it in a bandage and went to sleep. The next morning, it had blistered up like a burn, but the wart scabbed over in a day or so and just fell off a few days later.

I ain't making fun of it anymore!

Reminds me of the old Chris Rock routine...

How’d you take it? Mixed with a drink or just a teaspoon of it? I tried it in pill form but it didn’t seem to help much. Maybe I should rethink it. My ankle is messed up from an injury a long time ago. Tore everything up, the doctor said it would’ve been much better if I had just broken it.
    How’s the blister coming?
