They charged me $750 for pick up and storage it’s a scam what they do when your under such emotional stress. I would have not had an issue with anything if they only had been upfront with costs.

I’m okay it’s been tough for the past 3 weeks since he was in ICU and the day I had to make that call to put him in Hospice and wait for tha call.

Now it’s time for me to do something about the treatment I had to endure for the greed....

 

Don't remember if they charged us that for my folks.... Back then, they could have just given a complete price. But like the airlines, lets nickel and dime everyone.... again, sorry you have to deal with this.

Again, it’s a shame. They know people aren’t necessarily thinking clearly and take advantage. It’s just about money to them.
They tried to charge us extra because my father in law was 6’2. He hadn’t grown since we bought the package 8 years previously?!
