Having lived in New Orleans with festivals and music and parades every weekend of the year... I completely understand this. I miss that nearby spontaneity. Living more rurally for several years, we just make our own fun. Been away from Husband for almost 10 days. I get home late Friday. Just booked a condo for Saturday night an hour north of us for the night. Just because. (Well... because they have 2 feet of snow already!)

If you work at a country club.......fridays suck. Busy day leading into busy weekend.

Mondays are cool. We're closed and I'm here by myself. Tuesdays are my monday. We're open every holiday and every weekend. Busy too. Even Walmart and White Castle close more often than we do.

This might help to explain why I'm so confused and/or crazy.

:pccoffee: Good morning. I might actually get this weekend off if things keep going well. But not going to poke that sleeping bear yet.

Looks like it is going to warm up tomorrow.

Not sure about global warming. But not a fan of the wind. Global wind sucks, about time it died down.

Hey Andy, no it was just hot over here on the east coast of the state as that beast pulled all the weather off us for the most part, wind out of the south.. Looks like it's still beating the Carolinas.. I see all these posts about the cool temps this morning... I think I've about figured this out, it was 82 yesterday morning, woohoo 79 this morning! There is our fall!! :)

Good morning. OT today and tomorrow possibly. I've kept to my word and quit looking at forecasts and guesses but I do look at satellite imagery and we have that system skirting by. It has been cloudy the last few days and more of the same today and tomorrow. So if we get any amount of rain out of this it'll postpone planned work for that day.

The wife wants a tonneau cover for her truck before the trip so I need to sit down and shop one out.
